Why we built PayPer
It all started with frustration. We watched window cleaners, gardeners and cleaning professionals spend their evenings answering the same questions over and over again: "What does it cost?" "When can you come?" "Can you send an invoice?"
They had tried everything. Calendly for booking. Dinero for invoicing. Google Sheets to track enquiries. But the systems didn't talk to each other, and they ended up entering the same information in three different places.
So we built PayPer. One system that does it all: the customer calculates a price, books a time, and you invoice with one click directly to Dinero. No phone tag. No double entry. No lost Post-it notes.
